These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blentops platforms, including CricBlaze, Zero Gateway, Utsav Poster, Consider11, and Parchar Kro (upcoming). By using our platforms, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
General Use (CricBlaze, Utsav Poster, Zero Gateway): Open to all users.
Consider11 (Fantasy Sports): Restricted to users 18 years or older as per Indian law.
Jurisdiction Restrictions: Some services may not be available in certain regions due to legal or regulatory restrictions.
By using Blentops platforms, you agree:
Not to misuse our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
Not to upload or distribute offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.
To provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
To comply with applicable laws, including IT Act 2000, RBI UPI Guidelines, and Consumer Protection Act.
Participation involves financial risk. Users must play responsibly.
Blentops is not responsible for user losses arising from contests.
Only 18+ users may participate; proof of age may be required.
We strive for real-time accuracy, but scores may differ from official broadcasters.
CricBlaze is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for betting or gambling.
Zero Gateway provides secure dynamic QR code technology for UPI payments.
Blentops is not a bank or payment processor; transactions are executed by UPI/payment providers.
Blentops is not liable for failed, delayed, or disputed transactions.
Users may customize and download poster templates.
Posters must not contain illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
Designs are licensed for personal and commercial use, but resale/distribution of templates is prohibited.
Dedicated for political poster/greeting use.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with Election Commission guidelines and local laws.
All content, trademarks, designs, and logos on Blentops platforms are the property of Blentops.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
Paid services (like Utsav Poster subscriptions or Zero Gateway premium features) must be used in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Blentops does not store payment details; transactions are processed securely by third-party gateways.
Blentops shall not be liable for:
Losses due to user negligence or misuse of services.
Errors, delays, or downtime of services.
Losses from reliance on CricBlaze scores.
Financial risks associated with fantasy sports (Consider11).
Payment failures via third-party UPI providers (Zero Gateway).
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blentops, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of misuse of our platforms.
Blentops may suspend or terminate access to any platform if:
Users violate these Terms.
Required by law or regulatory authority.
Services are being misused or causing harm to the community.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.
Blentops reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
